SUMMARY: Performs work in support of production in residential homes by performing the basic pick up and delivery duties in an entry level role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Primarily assists other Project Managers and Lead HRS with: • Pick up Materials from Vendors and deliver to office or job site • Keep company trailers clean and maintained • Keep shop organized • Keep shop tools and equipment clean and in working order • Add daily logs to BuilderTrend • Refer to and close out To Do’s assigned to through BuilderTrend • Label and manage returned materials from job site • Clean and organize blue bins on job site • Deliver, set up and maintain job signs • Label all company tools and equipment • Pick up payment from clients • Pick up materials for HRS • Maintains a company vehicle in a safe and clean condition • Maintains excellent customer satisfaction feedback • May be assigned to one or more projects on a daily basis. • Works on a planned full-time schedule, 10 hour per day typically, Monday through Thursday as directed. • Maintains a professional appearance wearing the Next Stage company uniform at all times and professional behavior while representing the company. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Must have the certification or ability to earn OSHA 10 certification. KNOWLEDGE Mathematical skills and analytical skills as necessary to take and compute measurements. Familiar with basic construction tools. INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS Able to understand verbal and written instructions. Adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process that facilitates harmonious working relationships during project and permits prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they occur. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help. Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets. PROBLEM SOLVING Able to tell when to ask for help. EQUIPMENT OPERATION Ability and license to operate company vehicle with a valid CA drivers’ license. Basic working knowledge of computers and ability to interface with company project management system (BuilderTrend). PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction project. Able to crawl and work in attic and sub area crawl spaces. Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Job requires ability to work with tools, lumber, and materials. The employee is required to crawl, bend and stoop, and frequently required to drive up to 50 miles radius from office to client’s homes and company facility. Please apply on the company site:
