The theme: Platform 9 3/4 The dress: Anything theme related The location: Three Toms' Tavern in downtown Thomasville, Georgia Harry Potter is coming to life on the second floor of Three Toms' Tavern. Costumes will be judged on originality and thematic likeness. This year is going to more epic than in years past. The venue is perfect for the theme and the staff working is super excited about throwing an awesome party. We will be kid friendly during the day of the event however at 8pm it becomes adult witches and wizards only. No muggles allowed! Tickets are $20 and will be sold at Three Toms Tavern beginning October 1st and will be sold until the day of the event or until they sell out. Space is limited so don't wait! You might get left at the train station. We will be offering two photo booth opportunities, one as Diagon Ally and the other as platform 9 3/4. There will be a forbidden forest with some familiar magical creatures roaming about and a miniature Honeydukes candy shoppe. The main floor will resemble the great hall of Howarts, complete with a star lit ceiling and levitating candles. Each house will be individually represented and celebrated. A few things to know. Theme oriented cocktails will be sold at the event. IDs are required and checked at the door. There will be fog and flashing lights so please be mindful of this when entering the main hall.
