Have you ever want to try Taichi? Do you want to find out more about it? Taichi is both a healthy exercise and an effective self-defense method. So, whether you are interested in stress relief, lower blood pressure, improving balance, or you want to be more confident in your ability to defend yourself, Taichi might be what you're looking for. Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at Plymouth congregational church, from 5:30 to 6:30. Classes are free. So, come and down and check out the class. No obligation, no pressure.
