Automotive Summit in Detroit. This year's theme is “Expanding Minority Opportunities During Global Electrification.” The automotive industry is a continuously evolving sector that creates pathways for growth to those properly positioned and connected. We must create a mosaic blueprint to include more African Americans and minorities to level the economic playing field in the automotive industry. Since 1999, this is the platform on which we have discussed diversity and inclusion.
