EAST HARLEM, NY — A person was struck by a train at an East Harlem subway station on Monday, prompting delays and service changes. The accident happened around 12:14 p.m. at the 110th Street-Lexington Avenue station on the 4-5-6 line. Police had no immediate word on the person's condition or what led to the collision. Numerous service changes were in effect. Southbound 6 trains were ending at 138th Street in the Bronx; southbound 4 trains were ending at 149th Street-Grand Concourse, and southbound 5 trains were running on the 2 line between 149th Street and Nevins street in Brooklyn.
