The Pumpkin Patch at St John’s on the Lake is back! The Pumpkin Patch at St John’s on the Lake is a fundraiser for all the mission work of our faith community! The pumpkins themselves, come from farms in New Mexico that work to better the lives of Native Americans–by providing job training, rewarding work, and help with clinics and mental health services on reservations all over the South Western US. ALL portion of pumpkin sales that are left for the church go to support local groups (like Branches, the Miami Beach High School Marching Band, and SAVE Dade), statewide groups (like the Immokalee Farmworkers), and nation/worldwide groups (Like Disaster Relief efforts caused by storms, earthquakes, fires, volcanoes, etc.). Every dollar spent goes to great causes. Come, take pictures with your children, have some laughs and reconnect with your neighbors, and buy some pumpkins to support worthy causes throughout the world!!
