WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are investigating a shooting that happened Monday afternoon in West Haven. Police are at the scene of a home on Third Avenue for the investigation, according to Sgt. Patrick Buturla. Buturla is asking motorists to avoid the area due to the increased police presence. FOX 61 reports two people were taken to the hospital in connection with the shooting.
