Need Help : iPhone X - 4013 fix

Well... the iphone which I like much more than 12 and 13 is in trouble. I use it for capturing video of my adventurous trips. Last couple of days it 'just flashes the apple logo' and when I tred to update/restore the software thru iTunes, it says the storage is full. Genius apple support team also tried to fix and failed.. the error is '4013', saying some motherboard issues. I know there are some extra smart folks out there who can fix it. Please help me to rescue my favorite phone and restore the adventure videos. Dinner and drinks on me. -Ravi
