PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Monday happens to be Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day in Maryland, which means most government-related offices will be closed, as will all Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration locations, banks, post offices, courts and more. All county offices are closed, excluding public safety offices. City of Bowie government offices will be open, however. The county isn't offering bulky trash collection. Prince George's County Public Schools are closed to students Monday. TheBus will operate as usual except Route51X will not be running. The county will have COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinics open. The Prince George's County Memorial Library System will be closed Monday.
