Description

I'm Jon Pulino, a Middletown native, who is currently serving on Middletown's Board of Education (curriculum/communication committees), Zoning Board of Appeals (since 2007), past Chairman and current acting Chairman. I am currently the Chairman of the Northern Cable Advisory Board and I have served two terms on the city's Board of Assessment Appeals. I spend my professional time at Maloney High School where I have taught English in the public system for over 20 years before becoming the School's Library Media Specialist in a State-of-the-art library which serves approximately 1200 students. During the COVID 19 epidemic, I was asked to return to the classroom to assist the English and Business departments. When I am not busy with politics or working in the library, I host a semi-political/entertaining public access show entitled The Edge and I manage my son's baseball team among other things. I have two kids in the Middletown Public School System: my daughter Emily, a Junior at Middletown High School and my son Jack, an 8th grader at Beman Middle School
