HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A body camera program is being implemented in Havre de Grace, according to police. Officials announced Monday that the technology would be introduced in the coming weeks. All officers will be included, according to police. "This program will continue to support our agency with being transparent and building trust with our citizens and ensuring them police accountability is within our agency," the Havre de Grace Police Department said in a statement.
