Hiring for seasonal and intermittent work, both drivers and laborers. Work is entirely dependent on the weather. Pay is dependent on position and experience and can be hourly or flat rate. All reported on a W2 or 1099. Must be 18 or older. Shifts start around 6pm and last for 4-8 hours depending on work and availability. Additional OT and bonuses available if weather warrants. We also work in two-person teams so pairs of people are encouraged to apply (spouses, roommates, siblings, etc.). Must pass a drug and background check. Drivers must also have a clean driving record.
