Looking for an experienced handyman interested in doing general maintenance work on my single family home rentals around Fort Myers. Must be detail oriented, have own tools, transportation, be clean, respectful, reliable and trustworthy. General knowledge in Plumbing, Contracting and Electrical needed. WE HAVE PLENTY OF WORK TO KEEP YOU BUSY! This is a great opportunity for the right person. If you are interested, CALL or TEXT ME! ***** TYPES OF WORK: Painting, demo, hang doors, counter tops, pressure washing, light plumbing and electrical, tree trimming, cabinets, trim, clean outs after tenant moves, other general repairs needed on single family rental homes, and handling support to Tenants when needed. Tenants will NOT be calling you direct. We use a professional management company to handle calls.
