2Y/O M bearded dragon for rehoming

I have a hypomelanised 2yr old Cirrus Tiger bearded dragon, he comes with a 40(or 50)gallon tank and a 10" UBV light rated for bearded dragons. Im looking for 250~ for the rehoming fee because the UBV light is brand new and cost 50$ by itself. I can't afford to give him the enrichment he needs and I wasn't prepared when I got him, I'd really like him to go to a good home, as he's extremely friendly and socialableand loves going out and climbing.
