Knowledge of plants, and the care they require specifically pruning is a plus...However, willing to train the right individuals... - Must have a valid Ca. drivers license - Must pass a drug/background check - Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance! 🌻This is a year round OUTDOOR position Wed, Thurs, Fri, and most Tuesdays 7-3+/- This is NOT a mow and blow company....We are way cooler than that! The majority of the job will be general upkeep of all planted areas of the landscape not including the lawn... This entails planting ornamentals, raking leaves, properly pruning shrubs/small trees, deadheading flowers, removal of dead, or unwanted plants/small shrubs, pulling/spraying weeds, container planting, applying fertilizer and blowing patios/walkways etc. Basically doing all that is necessary to keep gardens looking beautiful, and inviting. Attention to detail is a must! You must be able to follow directions, kneel, stoop, reach, bend, push, pull, lift, carry objects, and climb a small to medium ladder. This is a Fun, Creative, and Rewarding job! Debe ser capaz de siguer indicaciones, motivada para crecer, aprender mas, y ser parte de un Equipo Dinamico... Debe tener registro de conductora vigente en California y un carro que anda bien Debe ser capaz de aprender a usar una sopladora, herramientas chicas, irrigation etc.) Debe tener un poco de conocimiento de plantas de jardin y su cuidado, especialmente PODAR. Debe tener asistencia excelente! Debe ser capaz de levantar objetos, empujar, agachar, alcanzar, y subir una escalera de chica a mediana altura.
