Looking for band rehearsal space

So disappointed that Knoxville doesn’t seem to have band rehearsal space available! Am I just missing something here? I’ve found a few “studios”, one is a guys house…we have practice space, but we are looking for a place that we can show up and plug in or store gear, and maybe do some recording, etc. if any one has a lead on professional rehearsal space rentals in Knoxville that provides the PA and and other amenities, I would appreciate the 411. Thanks!
