My partner and I accept donations of birds that are no longer wanted. This boy is our latest rescue. His owner has a new baby in the home and it was not working out. The parrot's owner died and her family did not want to care for the bird. We accepted another bird from a young couple who worked so many hours in their thriving careers that they had no time for the bird.
