JOLIET, IL — A 40-year-old Joliet man is no longer in the Will County Jail after posting 10 percent of his $10,000 bail on Friday. Joliet police officers arrested Lawrence McKeown on charges of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and possession of more than 30 grams of marijuana. Around 5:45 p.m. last Wednesday, Joliet police raided a house in the 2400 block of Burbank Street as the result of a drug investigation, police said. Detectives recovered suspected cocaine and cannabis from the residence and McKeown was taken into custody without incident, police reports show.
