Here are the top stories today in Jackson: The Jackson Police Department report a man was caught on camera after trying to rob a woman near Poplar Boulevard. The police are trying to identify the attempted robbery suspect who was captured on surveillance video in the area. Authorities are asking if anyone has information to contact Crime Stoppers. (WAPT Jackson) Mississippians protested across the state over medical marijuana. The supreme court overruled their votes in favor of a medical marijuana initiative. Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves is working with lawmakers to propose a financial plan to back a potential program. (WJTV) The Mississippi Children's Museum is hosting guest artist workshops to help children learn different art styles.
