Looking for makers and artists

Hello! I just recently moved to Charleston and noticed there aren’t a lot of pages supporting local artists and makers, and am starting one similar to one we had back in Knoxville, where I’m from. What’s my background? I have worn many hats including my degree in journalism and electronic media, I used to be a social media coordinator and consultant for companies (I even worked for Dolly Parton!) and owned my own wedding and event planning company for five years. I am also a maker myself! My tik tok has 30,000 followers, and my weddings and previous blog have been featured in blogs, magazines, and on tv. I want to create a community in Charleston that promotes local makers, and showcases their work to those who want to shop local. That means NO MLMs! We want artists and makers who provide quality work, and are really small businesses. How will this work? I am launching a Facebook page that will be membership based. Each maker pays a monthly membership fee of $15 and that membership includes: *1 post per week to promote a product *Ability to promote product via comments and page interactions (non members will not be allowed to promote via comments) *Monthly featured items in our shop via Facebook page *Inclusion on monthly themed promotions (For example Halloween, Christmas, etc) *Inclusion on our Pinterest board, Tik Tok, and upcoming blog with links to personal Etsy store *Access to events on how to improve your small business like how to make a website, improve your Etsy store, how to build up your social media presence, etc. I will be running all social media, so you just have to provide your product photos, pricing and info, and I do all the work saving you valuable time…most of us makers are doing this as a side hustle or running a business all on our own. Small business usually means small team and I know how much time and energy goes into social media! You will get more visibility, increased web traffic, tools to improve your small business, and a community of makers to build relationships and friendships with. We will have a private group you’ll be added into to ask questions, network, and learn from. Let me know if you’re interested in being apart of the endeavor!
