HILLSBORO, OR — Take a good look at the man in the first picture. Then take a look at the man in the red sweatshirt in the third picture. Hillsboro police say that around 1:2o Sunday afternoon, the man pulled into the Chevron at 7499 Northeast Imbrie Dr, got some gas.
