Red Buttes Farm is a diversified veggie operation in the Applegate Valley growing on 15 acres in three different locations. We sell our produce to groceries, farmer's markets, restaurants, and a small CSA. Red Buttes Farm is looking for field labors for 20-40 hrs a week and is a year round. Tasks include but not limited to weeding, harvesting, field maintenance, washing and packing. May also include some farmers market work for the right people. What we are looking for is: communication skills, listening skills, ability to work in all conditions, good work ethic, and punctual. Must be able to work by themselves and in a group setting while paying attention to detail. Experience not necessary but a plus. Compensation is dependent on the person, their experiences, and ability to work. Most people start around $15/hr cash.
