Need a reliable handyman who won't ghost me!

I don't understand. I hire people, they "almost" complete the job, but don't complete all of it, take my money, promise to come back, and then they "GHOST" me and stop replying to my texts and calls. Like, what the heck!?? I've already had this happen to me TWICE in the last MONTH!!! I need a RELIABLE handyman for my rental property to come and do occasional repairs. There's some small things that need to be painted right now. Please do not "almost complete the job, and then expect ME to finish it myself" or "promise to come back the next day". I need you to be able to do the entire job. Let me know your rates, and when you can come in (I pretty much need someone ASAP). Because of my bad experience with TWO different people in the course of the last MONTH, I will only be paying upon FULL completion of the job (no "I will come back the next day to finish it" type of thing). Once everything is complete, then I will pay.
