I'm a blackbelt in Taekwondo. I teach fun and very effective classes out of my home garage. Whatever your goals are, I can help you meet them! Classes are one on one, unless you choose to bring someone. ALL. CLASSES. ARE. FREE. I do this because I want everyone to be the best that they can be. Donations are GLADLY accepted though! lol I have a lot of workout equipment for general exercise too. Chairs available for friends or partners if they want to stick around and check it out. The classes I teach are for adults though. Im not trying to babysit for an hour or three! I just turned 30 and decided to do this stuff in my spare time. Im in good shape and can get you there too!
