Job Description Audio Video and Security has an immediate opening for AV Technicians with experience working in a residential and Commercial environment. The AV Technician ensures that assigned jobs are brought to completion, meeting the needs of both the Customer and the Company. Qualified Candidates will draw on their advanced AV experience and installation skills to manage the installation process, and will lead the support-technicians assigned to the project. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; detailed documentation and reporting are necessary to be successful in this role. Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationship with the homeowners Professional appearance and conduct Ensure the customer will have a fully-functioning system installed and operating as expected by the scope of work. Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills to meet project deadlines Consistent and detailed documentation of any variances; and timely communication of variances to Management Maintain a clean work area Team Support : Proper documentation and timely reporting of project status, to ensure jobs are properly billed and followed to completion Proper maintenance of work vehicle Adherence to all Company Safety Policies and Procedures Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Three to five years experience in CCTV, Data Networking, Structured Wire, Audio/Video and Control systems
