Female altered with chip but CHIP NOT REGISTERED!! Has license. Wearing blue harness and collar. Super friendly. Just walked up to me in my driveway. SHE HAS BLOODY PAWS AND NEEDS VET CARE. Wont let me mess with her paws. Hurts her to walk. Has dried mud on her also.
