I have 3 silkie hens along with their rooster. All hens are laying fertile eggs which can be used for offspring. One of the hens has a chick she hatched which also has to be purchased along with them. The gender of the chick is unknown since it is still a couple of weeks old. The hens and rooster are about a year old and get along with my other Rhode Island reds. The reason I am selling them is because I no longer have time to care for them and their offspring since they are starting to go broody at this time of year.
