Needing rehome asap

We are currently looking to rehome Otter and Harley (brothers) together. They have been together since day 1 and can not be separated. I have talked to the closest shelters in the area and they are currently still filled. Otter who is the gray stripped cat is cuddly, full of energy, loves cat scratchers, all types of toys mainly the foil balls and is very talkative. Harley who is the mostly white one loves to be cuddled like a baby, loves to sleep with you at night and loves to play too. He will be talkative at times too but mainly when he is bored he will just follow you and yell at you. Both cats have been neutered, I do have their papers but I believe their shots have just expired about a month ago, they have no fleas, will come with toys, litter boxes, some food and bowls.
