They are multi-passionate, multi-talented, and ready to learn. They thrive on creating efficient systems to help support clients’ goals. They are honest, hardworking, and driven to make a difference serving others. They communicate efficiently with the team, and know when to ask for help. They are creative and love solving problems. They appreciate that what works for them may not work for our clients. They will keep the clients’ needs in mind at all times. They pay close attention to detail, while keeping the big picture of the clients’ goals in mind. They enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule, and are fully committed to be prompt and “present” when working with clients. They thrive when things are organized, but can focus and be productive in a cluttered environment. They understand that organizing is a physical job, requiring them to handle clients’ personal belongings. They will be safe and respectful at all times. What does the job require? A “knack” for organization At least a 2-year college degree Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to lift 25lbs Reliable personal transportation Willingness to adhere to federal, state, and company COVID-19 policies Our company is driven by the desire to help our clients be less cluttered and more productive in their homes and offices. If this resonates with you, please email a pdf or link to your résumé and a one-paragraph description of what “being organized” means to you. No previous Professional Organizing experience is required…I was a teacher before I started organizing!
