Pay Rate: $750 per week to start during training. *After training is completed pay structure moves to a commission plan: $325 weekly base salary with 8% commission on sales after $2,000 sales reached Job Description: • City deliveries • Home every night Requirements and Qualifications: • Experience (2+ years) in Direct Store Delivery, sales positions or retail preferred, but not required • 21 years or older • Regular Driver’s License and clean driving record • Physically able to perform the job: extended standing, push/pull up to 50 pounds required on a routine basis • Self-motivated, able to take initiative and use sound judgment in day-to-day decision making • Punctual and reliable in their work attendance • Professional, courteous, reliable, and mature with outstanding organizational and communication skills • Flexible and able to work with others as a team • Possesses solid general computer, math, and analytical skills • Able to pass a background check within reason
