Needing some advice

Hoping someone might be able to give some good advice or some help. A friend is going through a divorce and she found a good attorney that charged a flat rate. Sadly her attorney has passed away and it appears the law office has closed. She has already paid her entire fee. Does anyone know how she can get some of her money back since the divorce hasn't been finalized? Are there any good attorneys out there that would take her case pro Bono? She can't afford to pay a second attorney.
