Head Housekeeping Position! We have a great opportunity in our Housekeeping Department. Our Housekeeping Team is tasked with providing 5 Star, White Glove Clean in our Luxury Vacation Rental Homes upon guest departure, and periodic special project work. Your work environment is a luxury home. All homes are located in the Grand Valley. You will need a Colorado Driver's License and a reliable vehicle. We reimburse mileage and / or provide a company vehicle. A few responsibilities include: - Scheduling. - Hiring and Training your team. - Ensuring coverage. - Inspecting and Supervising your team. - Ordering Supplies. - Noticing when and scheduling special services ie... carpet cleaning, floor care. - Communicate with Property Manager about cleaning and maintenance items. Applicants must possess: - Cleaning / Management Experience. - GREAT Communication Skills. - Colorado Drivers License. - Clean Driving Record. - Must be able to pass a background check. - Permanent Place to live within 30 miles of Fruita, Colorado. - Non Smoking. - Proof of Vaccination, or on your way to completing.
