Looking for a make ready apartment cleaner ASAP

My company is in need of a make ready apartment cleaner for an apartment community in Lenexa just a few blocks from I-35 and 87thSt. This job would entail cleaning of vacant apartments before new tenants move in including but not limited to: Cleaning bathtubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, ovens, refrigerators, cabinets(inside and out), blinds, mopping, vacuuming, patio doors, interior windows, ceiling fans and/or light fixtures. The following duties are performed once a month on the property and they would be vacuuming interior hallways of a few buildings, cleaning 5 small laundry rooms, the clubhouse/office and small fitness center. There is flexibility in the hours of this job but is a daytime job. No evenings or weekends. This could easily lead to a full time position in a month or so or stay part-time if you prefer. PLEASE HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD. The company would provide all supplies needed to complete these tasks on a daily basis.
