I am looking for someone who wants to jam and write on a casual basis. I'm Pat. I am a drummer who lives in Woburn. Mid-twenties, business owner, people person. I have enjoyed writing since high-school but have been enjoying it more the past two years. I write poetry mostly. I tried to pick up guitar in attempt to further my song writing hopes but with the time I spend between my business, workouts, and practicing drums I don't find myself ready to take on another instrument. I have a drum kit, cajon and djembe. I have access to amps/mixer/PA. I don't have many (if any) songs ready to go but I find that words come to me as I listen to a tune. I have plenty of poetry that could inspire songs. I would also be interested in jamming to artists like Novo Amor, S. Carey, and Bon Iver. I am the philosophical and deep thinker type, which you may have guessed from my mention of artists. Not all of the music will be happy. Writing is an outlet for both the good and bad in life. ----------- Who I hope you are: Someone of light hearted nature, growth oriented. You have good knowledge in guitar and some idea of music theory. I am focused on: Music, de-stressing, and the art itself. I am not focused on: drugs, politics, your vaccine status, or alcohol. (Though if you like whiskey on the rocks we will get along). ----------- We can talk over phone, meet for coffee, and go from there. Let's see who's out there!
