Does anyone have a piece of land they’re willing to rent to own to a lovely family looking to start their homestead & lay down some roots? We are stuck in the expensive rent cycle and wanting to finally jump into what we’ve been learning & preparing for, for many years. We are hard working, dependable people who are seeking an understanding land owner who is willing to “owner finance” as we are self employed, but definitely good for it. Would be able to prove it. We pay on time every month, glowing references. Southern or central VT preference; we don’t want to move too far from family! Many blessings!
