The Facilities Maintenance Technician position carries out those activities required to maintain and correct damage and make repairs to physical buildings, structures, and facilities as well maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and cleaning equipment of assigned facilities. Qualifications - A high school diploma or GED equivalent. - Minimum three (3) years of directly related Facilities and/or Building Maintenance experience. - Division of Fire and Life Safety Class II Fire Extinguisher Permit.
