Busy Vacation Rental Owner and Manager Looking for a cleaner /personal assistant for 4 vacation rental units in the Pacific Beach Area *Must be available weekends Duties: cleaning vacation rentals w/short turnovers -Organizing supplies. Buying supplies delivering -property walk throughs for damage and inventory -some outdoor maintenance, patio furnishings, sweeping, pressure wash, light gardening(weeds), window cleaning Ideal candidate: Lives in the Pacific Beach central San Diego Area, has reliable transportation, hotel/ air bnb or vacation rental cleaning/managing a must!! W/reference available mid morning afternoon with flexibility in hours (some days 1 turnover others 3 or 4) Average cleaning would be 1-3 units in the 11am-3pm window Hours 5-6 days per week (hours range from 2-5 hr shifts) Pay $17 hr Hours 10:30 am-3pm Start date ASAP Please email Resume and availability Thanks
