Terpening Terrace, Eugene’s Upscale retirement community seeks a full-time Custodian to join our Maintenance team. We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who has passion, integrity, dedication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and enjoys working with seniors. Work Schedule Full-time 30hrs/week: 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday through Tuesday. Basic Maintenance knowledge appreciated but not necessary. Will train the right person. Qualified candidate needs to pass criminal background, drug test, and be vaccinated or be willing to have COVID vaccine at earliest opportunity.
