We typically ask you be willing to go 5-15 miles from where you live This is a 1099 job. We pay weekly, a week behind Porter Duties and Responsibilities Keeping the area clean requires collecting and picking up litter, debris and brush from the grounds and parking areas, as well as checking and cleaning out drains and pet stations (PICKING UP DOG POOP). Maintaining the area may require making minor repairs and painting curbs. Porters also assist the maintenance team and are sometimes required to move furniture/appliances, use a variety of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, hedge/brush trimmers, and saws.
