Works with Electrical equipment and blueprints to assemble, repair, service and/or install various residential electrical tasks. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, CA certified, and technical knowledge of Electrical to get it right. Duties and Responsibilities: • Able to terminate cable, install, and trouble-shoot control wiring, complete rough-ins, and perform duties typical of ground-up electrical construction within residential and multi-family housing. • Diagnose and troubleshoot systems components to resolve electrical issues. • Perform minor maintenance on electronic instrumentation. • PV solar panels, EV charging stations, LED lighting and battery storage backup experience desired. • Use a variety of electrical tools, instruments and equipment. • Interpret blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures. • Analyze problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair. • Prepare written work cost estimates for clients as required. • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, documentation and/or records. • Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs. Over 5 years of solid residential electrical experience based on your tenure as an Electrician. Experience within clean-energy solutions industry desired. • Solid understanding of electrical concepts in residential buildings. • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Shift: Will be varying depending on the job or job sites but would be a day shift majority of the time. Candidates must be open to handling one of emergency repairs if needed. Pay: $45/hr. - $50/hr, Currently the team is made of one supervisor and a team of general apprentice electricians. They are looking for a mid tier to journeyman electrician with 4 to 7 years of experience to be more of a lead for the crew. Environments will include vacant commercial, residential and multi tenant complexes and can vary any given week.
