Elite carpet cleaning is hiring for a full time labor position. Position is Monday - Friday (35 hours guaranteed), with overtime potential, during the busy season (summer). Experience in carpet, tile, rug, LVP, or upholstery cleaning is a plus, but not necessary. Duties/ Responsibilities: Learn to operate the carpet cleaning van/machine, tile cleaning, and LVP cleaning equipment Learn to Identify cleaning needs of each job: heavy soil, odor neutralize, etc Perform UV tests Accurately fill out invoices for each job throughout the day Accurately fill out damage reports Communicate with property managers and homeowners/tenants professionally Complete the scheduled jobs in a timely manner Occasionally will need to be available during “off hours” to help with flood cleanups Applicant Must Be: Reliable and Honest Hard working and detail oriented Willing to learn and follow directions Applicant must be available during the week, shifts begin at 7 or 8 am Must be able to perform manual labor Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must have valid Drivers License and Clean Drivers record Willing to attend carpet cleaning classes (paid for by Elite Carpet Cleaning) Pay range: $15-25/per hour Pay depends on experience, work ethic, dedication, certifications, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
