Carpenter Positions WILLCO is seeking carpenters from apprentice level to experienced lead carpenters and journey-level to support our established design-build remodeling services. We are a local, residential design-build firm that prides itself on creative, superior artisanship and producing positive experiences for our customers and employees. These are full time/part time, year-round opportunities. LEAD/JOURNEYMAN/JOURNEYWOMAN CARPENTERS Provide leadership to complete carpentry on a variety of remodel and construction projects, including kitchen, bath & dormer remodels and beyond. Supervise quality, subcontractors, jobsite safety and job site standards. Previous lead carpenter experience preferred but we are accepting all resumes. Must have tools of the constructions trade or are willing to acquire tools. Work with project supervisors and operations supervisors to the job file and hours Leads may supervise apprentices and laborers on projects Provide top quality service and ensure customer satisfaction Must have valid driver’s license and a work vehicle is preferred but not required.
