Mover, Category 1: Entry level labor role, supporting a moving team in completing household moves for clients. $16-18 DoE +tips Mover, Category 2: Skilled labor role with extensive moving industry experience. Coordinates with jobsite Leads to complete moves for clients efficiently. $18-20 DoE +tips Driver in Training 3: Licensed and Insured Lead who operates company equipment and directs moving teams to complete moves for clients. Interfaces with clients to ensure proper completion of paperwork and process customer payments. $20-23 DoE +tips Driver Lead 4: Oversees and directs moves of all size. Facilitates the success of more complicated moves. Encourages and trains drivers on company policies and procedures to help develop the entire team towards our goals. Participates in regular leadership meetings to discuss company changes and direction. Provides management with feedback on personnel performance in the field. $25/hr +company performance bonuses You will need to have the following qualifications in order to apply: A working cell phone Previous experience as a laborer, construction worker, handyman, or warehouse worker is a plus.
