Maintenance position in a Seattle assisted living and retirement community. We are looking for a handyman that will be responsible for the safe, efficient operation, preventative maintenance, and repair of some facility operational systems equipment. ***This position is full-time****** Qualifications: *****Must be boiler certified******** Needs to be able to read, write and follow written and/or oral instructions. Basic plumbing skills Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and/or climb a ladder in order to reach high places.
