Stoked Ride Shop is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Manager to join the team in Torrance, CA. POSITION SUMMARY // This role takes ownership of Stoked Ride Shop’s shipping and receiving operations. The position will be responsible for ensuring that Amazon FBA warehouses are always stocked, customer orders are shipped on time, and new product received quickly and accurately. This is a detail oriented role that requires knowledge of shipping software, packing, and warehouse logistics. Forklift certification is a plus. We are interested in candidates that can grow with our business. This starts as an entry level position, but we want the hire to learn and grow with us with the goal of becoming a future leader. You will need to be fast at doing repetitive tasks such as building many skateboards, packing hardware/bearing/tool kits, counting and receiving many items accurately into the computer, etc. The ideal candidate is growth motivated, detail-oriented, has experience with online sales, shipping, and various online platforms such as Amazon/eBay/Shopify/Walmart/etc. We are looking for someone that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done. RESPONSIBILITIES // - Keeping the workspace organized and clean - Ensure products are fully stocked on all market channels - Make product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc - Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management, and inventory - Managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and tracking deliveries - Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations - Receiving products from suppliers - Carefully tracking stock levels to ensure smooth order flow EXPERIENCE // - 1-2 years warehouse experience - Exceptional working with a computer - Diligently organized - Autonomy / taking initiative WHY WE’RE RAD // - Office is conveniently located off the 405 and 110 freeways - Start up feel in a fast moving environment - High potential for upward movement and career advancement - Small, open minded team with growth mindset IN CLOSING // Send resume and short note of why you are awesome for this position via Craigslist - Location: Torrance, CA - Compensation: DOE - Also open to discuss commission based on your contribution.
