I am a seasoned guitarist that is looking to play fun mostly up-tempo country styles of music. I am a serious hobby player and have been doing country guitar for quite a while now, after playing rock and pop for many other years, no bad habits, easy to get along with. I can make my way though nearly anything and play all the signature licks, but if you need "note for note" I am not your guy (I can play it, jut don't remember it every time). I am looking to join a band that needs a lead/rhythm guitarist to fill out the lineup, practices about once a week and desires to gig occasionally. I am also learning lap steel so can add that in on some songs plus I play keys so am a good candidate for bands that already have guitarist and are looking to expand their sound. I am not a lead vocalist but can usually help with backup vocals for getting energy into chorus and other parts.
