Looking to jam/write/gig with open-minded people

Hi, I am a guitarist and bassist of ~8 years and an MSU student looking to play accessible and upbeat alternative rock in the flavor of Sunbeam Sound Machine, DIIV, El Shirota, Ovlov, Black Sabbath, Beach Fossils, etc. and potentially play shows at MSU co-op's. I've played both in multiple pit orchestras but am looking to get a band together in the long term. If you have written songs and would like to jam them that's great; the more the merrier. I have several loose ideas for songs but nothing set in stone. If you play 1+ instrument, that's a plus. If you know how to program drum loops/play drums, hell yeah. None of my expectations or goals are set in stone, just looking to meet people and get something started.
