Looking for flexible enthusiastic worker to assist family owned real estate company with east village and lower east side apartment showings.
Generally not more than an hour at a time with lots of flexibility. Likely once or twice a week. Option to take on more if desired.
Anyone interested in the job must be hospitable, enjoy meeting new people, be familiar with lower east side as well as east village.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- location of showing will be confirmed in advance as well as direction for how to enter the apartment and all relevant facts.
-you will be responsible for making sure all visitors remove shoes before entering apartment and that they are wearing a mask.
-If anyone does not show up to the showing you will have their number to confirm if they are coming.
-after the tour you will lock up and report to your supervisor with how everything went.
