Volunteer Summary
For more than 30 years, DrawBridge has provided free expressive arts programs to children at homeless shelters, affordable housing facilities, and neighborhood community centers across seven San Francisco Bay Area counties. Offering child-focused art experiences and quality art supplies, children ages four and up are able to connect with their community and explore playful creativity that is critical to healthy development.
DrawBridge is seeking 2-3 experienced volunteers to lead children and youth through a range of expressive art activities in a group setting. Desired qualities include creativity, kindness, ability to listen and lead, patience and ability to give unconditional support.
Program Hours and Locations
3:30-5:30pm, Alameda and Oakland
