NOVA Construction Services, a general contractor company is seeking an Yard worker to work Full Time in our yard in Long Island. Responsibilities: - Moving and storing material - Picking up garbage and debris - Clearing any hazards from forklift paths - Using a forklift to stack pallets, material and equipment - Keeping/ managing inventory at yard - Maintaining neat and clean yard at all times - Preparing orders - Receive and prepare all necessary materials/ equipment for jobsites - Ensuring proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately - Monitoring inventory of yard supplies and place orders as necessary - Performing maintenance on equipment - Monitoring loading of materials to ensure safe transfer to jobsites - Performing maintenance on equipment - Servicing beta max hoists and Tirak motors Requirements: - Must have OSHA 30 - Driver licenses - Training to service hoists and motors Working hours: Monday till Friday from 6:00AM to 2:30PM.
